Thermoformed fiber hinged containers for sandwiches, burgers, prepared foods, and grab-and-go applications. Agricultural fiber materials, no intentionally added PFAS, and commercial foodservice review.
Clamshell Containers
Molded fiber clamshell containers are being developed as fiber-based alternatives to selected polystyrene foam and plastic hinged container formats. RevivePack's thermoformed fiber clamshells are being developed for durability, foodservice use, and foodservice handling requirements in grab-and-go, prepared foods, and retail packaging applications.
Each clamshell format is reviewed against application, handling, and program requirements. Potential dimensions and configurations may be discussed, subject to the confirmed development scope.
Development is based on agricultural residue-derived fiber materials and a no-intentionally-added-PFAS formulation direction. End-of-life pathways remain under review.
