Impact & Circularity

Sustainability by design.

Not a label we wear — a system we built. Every decision at RevivePack is made to close the loop and reduce harm at every step.

The Problem We're Solving

The world has a plastic packaging crisis.

Single-use food packaging is one of the largest sources of plastic pollution worldwide. And most so-called "eco" alternatives are little more than greenwashing — bioplastics that require industrial composting conditions they rarely reach, laminates with hidden polyethylene, and products made from food crops that compete with food supply.

Our Circular Approach

From field to fork back to field.

We designed RevivePack's supply chain as a closed loop — from the farm it starts, to the compost it returns. No landfill step. No plastic leak.

Harvest

Crop residue collected from Canadian farms after harvest — wheat straw, oat hulls, corn husks.

Process

Fibres are pulped, cleaned, and formed into packaging shapes using our low-energy molding process.

Package

Food producers fill and ship their products in RevivePack containers — grease-resistant, food-safe, beautiful.

Compost

After use, packaging goes to industrial composting. It fully breaks down in 90–180 days — no microplastics.

Return

Compost enriches agricultural soil — which grows more crops — which feeds back into RevivePack. Full circle.

Measurable Impact

Every unit makes a real difference.

We don't hide behind vague claims. These are the verified environmental metrics for RevivePack packaging, compared to conventional single-use plastic equivalents.

CO₂ Savings

Each ton of RevivePack products avoids up to 2.5 tonnes of CO₂ versus plastic equivalents.

Plastic Eliminated

10,000 units eliminates approximately 250 kg of plastic from the waste stream.

Waste Diverted

Over 1,000 kg of crop residue repurposed per tonne of packaging produced.

Compost Time

Fully breaks down in 90–180 days in an industrial composting facility.

RevivePack farm partnership

Farm Partnerships

We pay farmers for what they used to burn.

Millions of tonnes of crop residue are burned or left to decompose in Canadian fields every year — releasing CO₂ and fine particulate matter that harms air quality.

RevivePack purchases this residue directly from farm partners, turning an agricultural waste problem into a revenue opportunity for farmers and a raw material for our process.

We're actively looking to expand our farm network. If you're a Canadian farmer or agricultural cooperative, get in touch.
